Roland is an experienced tourism professional with over 20 years of management and entrepreneurship experience within various sectors of the industry. As CEO, he oversees finance, marketing, communication, and the People and Culture department, while also devoting significant effort to advancing the company’s offerings.

Roland possesses over two decades of expertise in the airline and travel industry, during which he championed the adoption of digital and multichannel marketing solutions and played a pivotal role in the establishment of a successful low-cost airline. He is technology-driven and exhibits profound knowledge of airline operations. Roland is entrusted with the oversight of the supply side of the business, responsible for expanding the airline partner network, and spearheading the development of innovative initiatives and business models.
Clinton Rodrigo
Project Manger
Clinton is an accomplished professional in the field of aviation engineering, possessing extensive knowledge and expertise in the subject. After completing a rigorous four-year program with Emirates Airlines in Dubai, he acquired the profound skills and experience necessary to excel in this highly technical field. In addition to his aviation studies, Clinton also earned an MSc degree in Aerospace Engineering from FH Wr. Neustadt in Austria, further enhancing his qualification and expertise. Clinton is responsible for managing and leading the successful execution of complex projects for our esteemed clientele, demonstrating his exceptional organizational and technical acumen.
Our operational team
We have been collaborating with our expert teams for the operational execution of our projects for several years now. Our teams are responsible for ensuring that our clients‘ aircraft are always in optimal condition and delivered on time. Several of our teams have more than 30 years of experience in professional painting and foiling of commercial airplanes, BIZJets, and helicopters. For aviation documentation, such as EASA minor changes, we enlist the services of carefully selected EASA Part 21J DOA/Part 21G POA partners or conduct them under the airline’s own Part 145 authority.
