Condor rebranding project - 50 aircraft
After the collapse of Thomas Cook, Condor stayed aloft. However, all former logos and trademarks had to be completely removed.
Scope: EASA Part 21.J Mod, production of the high- performance foils and installation on the aircraft.
Fleet: 50 aircraft – B757-300, B767-300, A320 and A321: application of an entirely new tail design, titles, old title blankouts, wingtips logos, flags/regs for aircraft in transition from one AOC to the other.
All work done during planned A-checks within three months.
The largest of its kind airline rebranding project ever done using vinyl livery.

Paint Remedy
We provide decentral painting for smaller areas (e.g. regs and flags) and livery remedy solutions for damaged livery. Skydrol leakage damage to VTP areas is a frequent use case.
AOG service to cover MRO staff shortage, lead time to deploy staff: less than 4 hours.
Surface treatment: sanding, primer, base coat / top coat.
All those tasks can be carried out during planned maintenance events.
THC - the helicopter company Riyadh, KSA
EC125 special livery for the first Hollywood studio movie production in KSA – fictional full camouflage Iran Air Force livery for the Movie „Kandahar“ starring Gerald Butler.
A/C removed to standard livery after a few days filming in Al Ula region.
The movie premiered in the US on 26th May 2023.
